A California man has been sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for illegally selling counterfeit Viagra online. In June, federal authorities arrested a man for allegedly selling counterfeit Viagra online without a prescription.
ROBERT HERNANDEZ, 22, was sentenced by U. S. District Judge Daniel G. Cipriani to 20 years in federal prison for sale of counterfeit Viagra online without a prescription. He was arrested on March 26, 2017.
“Counterfeit Viagra’s benefits for individuals who don’t need it are limited. It’s not worth the risk for those who take it. There are some people who may not be able to take it,” Mr. Hernandez wrote in a court filing.
According to court documents, Mr. Hernandez’s online sale of the counterfeit Viagra was part of an ongoing investigation that involved several different websites and different sources.
“The investigation was part of the ongoing investigation that led to the arrest of Mr. Hernandez in March 2017,” the court filing states.
“Mr. Hernandez’s illegal use of the counterfeit Viagra may have been influenced by the illegal sale of the counterfeit Viagra, which was consistent with the illegal distribution of the drug,” the court filing states.
“A counterfeit Viagra is a drug that is manufactured by a pharmacist, and the drug is sold in a manner that is not medically appropriate,” the court filing states.

“When someone uses a website to sell prescription drugs, a website is a platform where a user can view information about a specific drug,” the court filing states.
“The website is a source for a website that is created to sell prescription drugs or medications to consumers, and a website is a way to reach out to consumers,” the court filing states.
The court filing states that Mr. Hernandez did not seek a prescription for Viagra during the time in which he was arrested.
The court filing notes that in February 2018, when Mr. Hernandez was arrested for selling counterfeit Viagra online without a prescription, he purchased the counterfeit Viagra from an online pharmacy that he was not authorized to use.
“In this case, the defendant did not seek a prescription for Viagra in this case, and he did not obtain it in this case. His use of the counterfeit Viagra did not go down as a part of the investigation and arrest,” the court filing states.
Hernandez had been convicted of a felony drug offense, and that the defendant had been sentenced to a prison term of 20 years.
According to court documents, the online sale of counterfeit Viagra was part of an ongoing investigation that led to the arrest of Mr. Hernandez. The online pharmacy was based in San Francisco, California, and was operated by a different online pharmacy.
